The Marketing Office manages the College of Arts and Letters People Directory system, which provides visitors with detailed contact and biographical information about our faculty and staff members.

I’m new to the college. How do I get a profile page?

You should receive a link from HR with an online form to fill out during your onboarding. This form has some simple questions that are used to load information into your record. After your profile page has been created, the Marketing Office will reach out with a link you can use to access your profile and instructions for editing.

I’m not new to the college. I’m missing a profile page or unable to edit my profile information.

I work for a department or center, and I need to update job titles or other information for my colleagues on our employee listing page.
